Full of energy for a good cause at the 17th Rückenwind Run in Garching
Ein starkes Signal für die Gesundheit und den guten Zweck: Am Sonntag, den 26. Juli 2026, ging der 17. Rückenwindlauf am Business Campus München in Garching an den Start. Pünktlich um 09:30 Uhr fiel das Startsignal für das beliebte Charity-Event. Getreu dem Leitmotiv „Wir laufen für Kinder“ kamen auch dieses Mal wieder Hunderte Sportbegeisterte zusammen. Für die beiden Läufer von DONAT IT war es Ehrensache, wieder anzutreten.
A powerful message in support of health and a good cause: on Sunday 26 July 2026, the 17th Rückenwindlauf got underway at the Business Campus Munich in Garching. At 9.30 am sharp, the starting signal was given for the popular charity event. True to the motto ‘We run for children’, hundreds of sports enthusiasts came together once again this year. For the two runners from DONAT IT, it was a matter of honour to take part once more.
After crossing the finish line, a colourful programme of events awaited all participants and fans in the start and finish area. Alongside the food on offer, the raffle in particular attracted many visitors. The proceeds went straight into the donation pot. The varied children’s programme brought smiles to the faces of the youngest guests.

A big thank you goes to our two runners who represented DONAT IT at the 17th Rückendwindlauf. We would also like to thank the organisers: thanks to their tireless efforts, this year’s event was a resounding success. This shows just how much can be achieved through sport when we come together.
The good cause: Hilfe für die Initiative krebskranke Kinder München e.V.
The proceeds from the run will support the vital work of the Initiative krebskranke Kinder München e.V. Since its foundation in 1985, the organisation has been supporting children with cancer and their families through one of the most difficult periods of their lives. The charity not only provides support during the intensive treatment period, but also offers families long-term support and prospects for the future.
