Celebrating together at the DONAT IT summer party

At this year’s DONAT IT summer party, we had a great time at Wake and Groove in Geisenfeld on 21 June from 4 pm. The Wake and Groove team awaited us with a specially set up Beachtent including a bar, seating and a large flat screen TV. In the outdoor area, employees had access to DONAT deckchairs for relaxing as well as plenty of equipment for sporting activities.

Stand-up paddling, wakeboarding and playing soccer gave us all a chance to burn off some energy and have lots of fun in the afternoon. A large selection of non-alcoholic drinks, various beers and Aperol were offered as refreshments. For refreshments, there was a delicious and varied barbecue buffet, including salads, grilled vegetables, corn on the cob, prawn skewers, sausages, chicken fillet, grilled cheese and herb baguettes – there was something for everyone. The barbecue buffet was served on the sun terrace with a view of the idyllic Lake Lorenzi.

The weather wasn’t always kind to us that evening, but that didn’t dampen our spirits. When a beautiful rainbow appeared, the brief showers were immediately forgotten. At the public viewing in the evening, we were able to cheer on the European Championship matches between Poland and Austria and the Netherlands and France together.

It was great – we are already looking forward to celebrating together again at the DONAT IT summer party next year! Until then, however, we will of course be hosting numerous other events, such as our foosball tournament in the fall. More on this shortly.
