Whether you are an early bird or a late riser - all employees have the opportunity to individually design their everyday work. The core working hours for employees are from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Security creates trust and satisfaction. That is why every employee receives a permanent employment contract. Because just as our specialists value long-term employment, we attach great importance to being able to work with our employees as long as possible.

We support our employees with retirement provision. The employer subsidy and the employee's contribution to the DONAT IT provident fund make it possible to provide for the retirement in a safe way.

Via JobRad, as the first salary conversion model for bicycles with the 1% rule, together with our employees we not only make an active contribution to environmental protection, traffic improvement and health, but our employees can also lease a bike of their choice at great conditions with many advantages of their own.

In our sponsorship model, every new employee has a personal companion to help them getting started. A Companion helps with the technical familiarization as well as the further integration. With the help of the sponsorship model, a smooth settling into the community is created.
